ALANNAH FIELD BDS (QUB) 68237
Alannah graduated from Queens University in Belfast in 1992 and spent the first 7 years in general dental practice in Castlewellan before moving to our well established practice in Railway Street.
Alannah is a very experienced general practitioner and has been an Associate of the practice since 2000. She loves the variety of work in general practice and does her utmost to ensure that visits are as relaxed and comfortable as possible. Because of this she has developed a large and loyal group of patients here in Lisburn.
Alannah is committed to postgraduate education and strives to ensure that all her patients benefit from the most up to date techniques in dentistry.
KATHARINE TEGGARTY BDS (NEWCASTLE) 113020
Katharine has been offering high quality dental care for a large group of patients under the NHS and privately for 9 years at Calla. She provides a full range of treatment options, but particularly enjoys cosmetic dental treatments, including simple adult braces, tooth whitening and cosmetic white fillings. Katharine can also provide treatment to help with headaches, jaw pain, which are often caused by teeth clenching.
VERONIE O’KELLY BDS (QUB) 70808
Veronie graduated from Queens University Belfast in 1995. After completing vocational training she worked for 2 years in the oral surgery department of the Royal Victoria, Ulster and Altnagelvin hospitals. Veronie is a very experienced General Dental Practitioner. She is happy to undertake both routine dental care and more advanced cosmetic treatment. Veronie is committed to postgraduate education and she has completed the world renowned Certificate course in Advanced Cosmetic Dentistry, run by Dr Chris Orr in London.
Michael Toner BDS (Hons) QUB MFDS RCS (Glasg) 243858
Michael qualified from Queens University Belfast with honours, where he was awarded the Thangamuthu Prize.
Through further studies he has obtained membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Surgeons Glasgow. He has completed postgraduate training in Dental Implants. Michael enjoys all aspects of dentistry and helping anxious patients have a more relaxed visit.
JANE RUTHERFORD BDS (Hons) GLASGOW MJDF
Jane qualified from the University of Glasgow with honours in 2013. She completed her VT year in Helensburgh, Scotland before working as an associate in practice in Glasgow. She moved back to her native Northern Ireland in 2016.
Jane completed her MJDF qualification in 2015 and enjoys keeping up to date with developments in the dental world. She is a member of the Joint Dental Faculties at The Royal College of Surgeons of England. She has a particular interest in cosmetic dentistry, and enjoys helping patients to achieve the smile they want. While at university, Jane was awarded a prize for her skills in paediatric dentistry and this is another branch of dentistry that she loves. Jane can provide a wide range of treatments, including short term orthodontics using the Quick Straight Teeth system.
In her spare time Jane enjoys cooking and baking and walking her dog Luna.
RACHEL LOVE BDS (QUB) 271295
Rachel graduated from Queens University Belfast with honours in July 2017. She enjoys all aspects of routine dental care and the variety that general practice offers. She hopes to provide a relaxed and friendly environment for her patients and is currently undertaking the MJDF post graduate qualification to enhance her knowledge and skills.
LYNN MCALISTER BSC ORAL HEALTH SCIENCE (DUND) 192135
Lynn qualified from Dundee with a BSc Degree in Oral Health Science making her qualified as Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist. Lynn started her career in Dundee Dental hospital in the orthodontic and paediatric department. She was part of the cleft lip and palate team with in the Angus and Fife area.
Lynn has a great rapport with patients and likes to create a relaxed environment for her patients.
